Our screening process is thorough. Each applicant pays a $40 application fee which includes a background check, credit check, and eviction check, verification of income and verification of previous tenancy.

We do report our tenancies to the credit bureau each month.

Our leases clearly define that we are entitled to do periodic inspections and inspections on monthly basis if we feel that they are needed. You receive a copy of all documentation including a copy of the inspection with photos.

We are not attorneys and do not represent ourselves as such. We can facilitate and process the paper work for any eviction or judgment against a tenant on your behalf but can not represent you in court. We will be present at all court hearings with all documentation in hand.

We do assist in the maintenance and repairs of the property. I have service personnel in place to take care of all maintenance needs.
