The Right Area
North Central Florida, which includes Dixie, Gilchrist and Levy Counties, offers its residents a quality of lifestyle somewhat unique to the rest of Florida. Nature is king here. Pristine rivers, springs, forest and coastal wetlands abound the area. Fishing, hunting, kayaking, boating, hiking and biking are considered the favorite recreational activities. This is the way Florida appeared way before the mouse came. Mild climate, sparse population, low crime rate and great schools. Be sure to visit all of our towns including Bell, Bronson, Chiefland, Cross City, Fanning Springs, Trenton and the world famous Suwannee River. But beware, once you come you will not want to leave.
